GA4 anonymizes IP addresses by default. The data collected is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors.
Form tracking cookies
When you submit a contact or inquiry form, HubSpot sets the following cookie:
hubspotutk— associates your form submission with a browser session. Persists for 13 months.
Third-party scheduling cookies
If you use the Calendly scheduling widget embedded on the Site, Calendly sets its own session and tracking cookies to manage your booking. See Calendly’s Privacy Policy for details.
3. What We Do Not Do
- We do not use cookies to collect patient health information (PHI).
- We do not sell cookie data or share it for third-party advertising purposes.
