Build a Remote Career in U.S. Healthcare RCM
RCM Staff™ hires Philippines-based medical billers, coders, A/R specialists, eligibility staff, and healthcare support professionals who want to work with U.S. healthcare organizations in a structured, compliance-focused environment.
What working at RCM Staff actually means
Every role at RCM Staff is tied directly to U.S. healthcare revenue cycle operations. You will work on real billing workflows alongside experienced RCM professionals, not general admin tasks.
All positions are fully remote. You work from home on U.S. business hours with clearly defined workflows, daily expectations, and compliance requirements that reflect a professional healthcare environment.
We invest in staff development. Whether you hold AAPC certifications or are building toward them, we support continued learning and expect our team to stay current with U.S. coding and payer standards.
Our staff communicate directly with U.S.-based billing companies and healthcare providers. Clear documentation, accurate work, and professional conduct are baseline expectations, not aspirational goals.
